How long will it take to receive my order?

Reeno is a small brand, and all products (except the 1/1 pieces) are made to order in New York City. Production times vary by product but can take up to 6-8 weeks. Orders will be shipped immediately after they are completed. You will be emailed about your order every step of the way!

What is the return policy?

Because Reeno is a small business that consists of made-to-order products, only the 1/1 pieces are eligible for returns. All other products are only available for a size exchange. See size charts here.

Oops! I need a repair!

All crystal pieces are very delicate and must be handled with care. Unfortunately, accidents do happen though, and we understand that. Therefore, all items can be sent in for repairs and shipped back all for free for life.
